Through The Storm | Short Counseling Route


Storms blind us, yet only when you can see what causes a problem, can you see what is needed to solve it.

This short series of personal counseling sessions focuses on finding practical ways to make your most pressing problems manageable for you, so you can catch your breath and regain your footing.

“Through The Storm” includes:

  • a free Navigation call,
  • 5 counseling sessions over a period of 1-2 months.


“Through The Storm” is a short series of practical counseling sessions to help you get a handle on your most pressing issues as quickly as possible.

When you need all your energy just to deal with life on a day-to-day basis, it’s near impossible to resolve the problems that are draining you. Therefore the focus of this counseling Route is on finding practical ways to make your situation manageable for you, so you can catch your breath and regain your footing.

This Route consists of:

  • 1 free Navigation call (if you haven’t yet, book yours here without obligation)
  • 5 counseling sessions (in person, via Zoom, or a mix of both)

What kind of results can I expect from this Route?

Breathing space, a clearer mind, and practical techniques to help you manage the ‘storm’ you are experiencing.

By the end of these sessions, you will have:

  • easy-to-use techniques to relieve stress,
  • several tools and solutions tailored to help you manage the issue,
  • insight into the root cause and possible ways to improve your situation.

Once they reach calmer waters, some clients sail on solo, with or without a Maintenance Route as a safety net.
Others want to explore further ways to improve their life by following up with the “At Full Sail” Counseling Route or an online course.

How long does “Through The Storm” take?

This short Route consists of 5 counseling sessions spread over a period of 1-2 months.

How long is a session?

All counseling sessions are at least 60 minutes and at most 70 minutes. That’s not because I can’t plan, but because I know from experience that it can physically hurt when the important mental process you’re going through is cut short by an alarm clock. My goal is to create a safe space for you, and that includes giving you more time when you need that.

Tip: When we schedule an appointment, please leave some breathing space in your calendar between the end of our session and your next meeting. Your future self will thank you!

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, it is possible to pay in 2 monthly instalments of € 180,= each (you pay a little extra for the additional administration costs). If you want to make use of this option, let me know in our Navigation call so we can arrange this for you.
