Description

Why book a personal coaching call?

In a personal call, you can talk to me directly about questions or issues that bother you. That can be anything: when it comes to mental health, there is no such thing as “a trivial problem”. I will listen when you need to vent, show you with practical coping mechanisms for the present, and help you find a suitable path to take going forward.

I also offer personal coaching calls as part of my online training programs. You receive coupon codes for each call in the training (log in to access). To redeem those, add this coaching call to your cart and use the coupon code in check-out.

How long does a call take?

While a call lasts about 1 hour, I won’t cut you short if we talk longer. I don’t believe in “coaching on the clock”. Conversations have their own pacing, and you deserve any extra time you need to tell your story.

When are you available?

All hours on Mondays through Thursdays, but that isn’t set in stone. Because I work with trainees across the globe, I keep my calendar flexible to accommodate your hours and time zone. When you book your call, I will email you to discuss a time and day that works for us both.

Can I book multiple calls?
Yes, but not through the webshop (it’s an administrative thing). If you would like me to coach you, please book your first call here. When that is successful and you decide to start a coaching route, the amount of this call will be deducted from your first invoice.
