Your brains know everything. The trick is to have them share those insights with you.

This series of personal counseling sessions focuses on exploring why you think, feel and act the way you do, and how to adjust the unhelpful underlying mental patterns.

With help of guided visualisation exercises, you also learn to apply the Ship Psychology method to help you ‘see’ inside your (sub)conscious mind and find solutions that you weren’t aware you had in you.

“At Full Sail” includes:

  • a free Navigation call,
  • 9 counseling sessions over a period of 3-4 months,
  • recordings of 4 visualisation exercises,
  • a free Anchor Set.

Description

The “At Full Sail” Counseling Route is a series of counseling sessions that focuses on exploring the underlying patterns of how you think, feel and act, and adjusting those patterns that aren’t helpful to you.

With help of guided visualisation exercises, you also learn to apply the Ship Psychology method and its playful, easy-to-use techniques to help you ‘see’ inside your (sub)conscious mind whenever you feel stressed, anxious or otherwise upset.

This Route consists of:

  • 1 free Navigation call (if you haven’t yet, book yours here without obligation)
  • 9 counseling sessions (in person, via Zoom, or a mix of both)
  • free recordings of the 4 core visualisation exercises of the Ship Psychology method (to revisit as often as you like)
  • a free Anchor Set (as a tangible aid).

What kind of results can I expect from this Route?

That you feel more confident about yourself and your life than when you came in.

Sure, counseling is not always a comfortable or straightforward process. But if you are willing to put in the effort, by the end of this Route you have learned how to find solutions that work for you in your situation, now and in future.

You also learn the basics of the Ship Psychology method, which helps you to:

  • adjust unwanted mental and physical habits,
  • build your self-confidence,
  • feel more relaxed in stressful situations,
  • feel compassion and love for who you are as a person,
  • gain more control over your life.

From here, you have the tools to maintain your new course for the rest of your life. Bit unsure about sailing solo right away? No problem: there is always the option of a Maintenance Route.

How long does “At Full Sail” take?

“At Full Sail” consists of 9 counseling sessions spread over a period of 3-4 months.

How long is a session?

All counseling sessions are at least 60 minutes and at most 70 minutes. That’s not because I can’t plan, but because I know from experience that it can physically hurt when the important mental process you’re going through is cut short by an alarm clock. My goal is to create a safe space for you, and that includes giving you more time when you need that.

Tip: When we schedule an appointment, please leave some breathing space in your calendar between the end of our session and your next meeting. Your future self will thank you!

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, it is possible to pay in 3 monthly instalments of € 205,= each (you pay a little extra for the additional administration costs). If you want to make use of this option, let me know in our Navigation call so we can arrange this for you.

Do you have General Terms of Agreement?

Absolutely! You can read them here.
