Personal counseling helps you deal with the issues that are causing you trouble in your life.

Sessions are either in person at my practice in Eindhoven (NL) or via Zoom call.

Tip: Purchasing multiple sessions gives you more value for money, while leaving you completely free to schedule each session’s appointment when it suits you.

Personal Coaching & Counseling

What is the difference between coaching and counseling, anyway? Strictly speaking, it’s this:

  • Coaching focuses on helping you tackle a specific, clearly defined problem.
  • Counseling helps you discover and resolve problems that have been lingering for a while or affect your life in more ways than one.

In practice, however, a specific situation only becomes a problem when there is something lurking underneath. It is up to you to decide whether you want to untangle that, or just deal with the immediate problem. Whichever approach you prefer, I’ll help you get your life back on track.

How Long Does It Take?

Each session is between 60 and 75 minutes. That’s not because I can’t plan, but because I know from experience that it can physically hurt when the important mental process you’re going through cut short by an alarm clock. My goal is to create a safe space for you, and that includes a bit more time when you need that.

Tip: When you book a session, please leave some breathing space in your calendar between our session and your next meeting. Your future self will thank you!

The number of sessions you may need depends on your goals and situation. Typically, clients need between 3-5 sessions for specific problems, spread across 1 to 3 months. More complex issues need more attention, but rarely more than 12 sessions, spread across 3 to 6 months.

Tip: If you buy multiple sessions now, you don’t have to schedule all of them right away. If you don’t know yet how often you’d like to meet, you can schedule them one by one at your convenience.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Then:

If you purchased multiple sessions, repeat this process for each session whenever you’re ready. Don’t worry, you don’t have to schedule all sessions in one go!
